一、充分发挥管理职能作用
根据公司实际情况,督促执行纪律性、规范性、实用性的管理思路,使各项
工作井然有序地开展。按照公司目前的人员配置,社会人力资源严重缺乏的窘境,
并适时调整相关部门人员编制,将通过网络招聘、社会招聘、校园招聘、街贴、他
人介绍等多种渠道,广纳贤士,针对岗位所缺职位进行选聘。并改善员工生活环境
和福利,加强新员工思想教育,调动员工的工作积极性,使之全身心投入到工作中
来。同时,进一步完善人力资源管理制度,使人才队伍建设逐步趋于正规。First,

二、增强员工凝聚力

1、营造和谐企业文化氛围。通过组织公司全体员工展开思想教育,郊外活
动,增加员工对公司经营理念的理解,对公司企业文化的认识。通过对员工生日晚
会的平台,增强了交流与沟通以及相互之间的支持,为下一步更好的开展工作奠定
了基础;

配合的意识,团队凝聚力、向心力明显增加,为建设一支优质高效的企业团队提供
了先决条件。

三、规范日常行政管理
