在这一年高三英语教学工作中,我根据学生的实际情况和高考的要求,不断
地探索教法,调整训练方案,按照英语教研组的计划扎扎实实地进行工作,在教
学过程中我们本着“培养主体意识,强化课堂训练”的原则,积极做好学生的思
想工作,提高学习的自觉性、积极性和主动性;帮学生树立信心。同时我认真研
究考试说明与教学大纲,按照“突出语篇、强调应用,注重交际”这一主旋律进
行教学和复习,提高实战能力,力求做到高效地进行复习,为高考打下扎实的基
础。具体做法如下:
(一)、积极地去了解学生,去摸清学生的学习基础,以便以更好的“因材施
教”。
(二)、合理制定、完善教学、复习计划。
(三)、在教学中认真备课、上课、听课、评课,及时批改作业、讲评作业,
做好课后辅导工作。
(四)、精研高考试题,广泛涉猎各种知识,形成比较完整的知识结构。对全
国今年各省份的英语试题做了深入细致的研究,将高考对词汇、短语和语法的考

一、进行了英语学情分析。
这一学年教授两个班为应届理科提高班的学生,英语基础不太理想,没有一
个学生能达到优秀(100分)档次,而且能及格的学生人数微乎其微。不少学生感
到英语特别难学,对英语学习比较头疼。开学之初即对学情进行了认真分析。在
日常教学中认真落实因材施教和因人施教二、把教学计划落到实处。
本年度教学工作重心即在进行基础知识的复习上巩固和加深对基础知识的理
解和掌握,提升其解决问题的能力,所以教学工作安排上把重心放在了对课本知
识的复习上。三轮复习中,首轮复习是从2021年8月到2021年3月中旬,内容
是模块1到模块6,共19个单元。对这19个单元的复习安排是每单元课本复习
用时2节课,优化设计1节课,英语周报2课时,单元基础知识总结和反馈2
课时。平时复习中把高中英语复习语法项目中的13个专题适当融合进去。通过
练习和讲解,增强学生对语法的理解和对英语用法的复习巩固。
二、大量练习促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高。
课本复习是学生能力提高的关键。从开学之初即对课本知识点认真归纳和总
结,通过练习的形式进行学习反溃主要是各省市的模拟试卷,认真把握教学工作
中的练习环节。

“词块”这两个字是高考命题解析中出现的新的信息词,意味着高考命题的
趋势。词汇是英语学习的基石。在复习过程中,对每单元的重要词汇、短语进行
总结,以讲义的形式发给学生,要求记忆和默写;并指导学生按照字母顺序背?

检测他们对这些词汇的掌握程度并督促他们认真去背.还要注意常见词的一词多

2.语法
语法知识也是做好各类高考题型的基础,我们在会考复习开始就对各个语法
点进行系统的复习如名词冠词,代词,时态、语态、名词性从句、状语从句、非
谓语动词、倒装等,我们尽量做到环环相扣,层层推进,再配以专项练习,达到
扎实语法功底的目的,为第二轮的“强化能力”的训练做好充分准备。同时,由
于在高考中语法知识是放在特定的语境中进行考查,在第二轮复习中我们归纳,
分析了各类单项选择的解题技巧,尽可能创设各种语言情景来复
习这些语法,从而提高学生灵活运用语言的能力。
3.语篇
完形填空和阅读理解是高考中的重头戏,在总分150分中占了80分之多,所
以语篇能力的培养和提高是高考复习中非常关键的一部分.我们非常重视语篇的
阅读和理解中逻辑思维的训练与培养.在高三的第二学期,我们隔天让学生做06
年全国各地的高考完形和阅读。并有选择地进行错题分析.在阅读方面,我们在
第二学期加强了限时阅读,在限时阅读后,教师及时讲评,帮助学生分析长句、
难句,指导学生根据文章内容进行判断、推理、归纳、分析,从而选出最佳答案。

三、听力训练作好提高成绩保障。
选用了两套听力训练,共有80套,供学生在课上或课下时间进行听力训练之
用。这两套材料都是高考播音者录制的,含金量高,所以标准的听力材料成为学
生最为得益的听力助手。利用每天晚自习前的二十分钟,坚持听力训练,使得学
生们的听力不断提高,保持在一个较高的水准。
四、扩大阅读,培养英语能力。
课外阅读必不可少。给学生提供了两个网址:一个是21世纪报,一个是
chinadaily。网站兼顾新闻、娱乐、科技、校园、地道美文等多方面内容。学生
除了可以增加阅读量还可以把一些精彩的文章当作范文来背诵。这不仅提高了学
生的学习兴趣,也丰富和开拓了学生的视野。
五、认真批阅学生英语作文,分阶段分体裁强化训练。
写作对学生的语言组织能力和创造能力提出了更高的要求,对学生的综合能
力的考查更全面.在平时的写作训练中,我们让学生练了高考书面表达中的各种
体裁和题材,如书信、通知、日记、发言搞等,至少每周写一篇,然后进行认真
批改讲评,有几次甚至大部分同学都面批。并且指导学生注重平时积累,归纳运
用并背诵一些书面表达常用连接词、句型、写作模板等,还背诵一些优秀范文,
进行模仿写作。本学期为高复文班的学生的英语作文进行多次单独批阅,主要是
提高他们的书面表达能力,在一定程度上鼓舞了学生的英语学习积极性。通过训
练,学生们感到不怕写作文,有的学生兴趣很高,每次作文都认真琢磨,想要拿
更好的成绩。
