英语书法写作竞赛策划书

一、活动背景

目前，英语在中国作为一种必不可少的交际语言，它的重要性也不

言而喻，特别是我们这一代跨世纪的大学生，学好英语更是每个人

想走进社会必不可少的一关。同时，针对即将到来的大学英语四、

六级考试，写得一手字体优美内容丰满的英语考试作文是得高分的

尚方宝剑。为了带动大家书写英语字体漂亮内容丰满的作文，大学

生外语交流协会将组织进行一次英语书法写作大赛。

2014年5月25号（本周日)上午10：00—11：:30

四、活动参赛

比赛地点：待定（见本周吉祥阁和如意阁海报）

宣传地点：东西区（张贴海报）

报名地点：西区(具体地点待定）

东区：吉祥阁、如意阁、挂榜食府所设摊点报名

五、参赛对象

玉林师范学院全体同学均可报名参加

六、活动单位：主办单位:。。。师范学院外国语学院承办单位：大

学生外语交流协会

七、活动形式

按照本协会所给作文主题，写一篇150—200字数的作文。参考资

料已下发本协会邮箱，请参赛选手注意查看。

八、比赛流程

参赛选手提前20分钟到考场签到，上午10:00准时下发写作题目及

写作答题纸。上午11:30准时交卷。

九、比赛要求

参赛选手自带笔及其他有需要的学习工具。在指定纸张上书写作文，

字数要求150-200之间。书体、形式不限、版面设计不限，但尽可

能将版面安排整洁，得体，美观。

评判标准:

a、卷面整洁，书写工整，无涂改痕迹。

b、字母书写规范，单词、句子书写合乎格式及手写体要求。

c、字体美观大方，标点正确，间距适中，无错别字。达到字数要求。

d、倾斜度适当，作文结构严谨，通篇整体感强。

e、书法分数所占比重是70%，作文内容所占比重是30%

十、奖项设置（参赛设置的15%）分别为：

一等奖2%二等奖5%三等奖8%

十一、人员安排

1、宣传部

准备海报，张贴在吉祥阁、如意阁、挂榜食府、六七八栋前。比赛

时的黑板板报设计。

2、英语角部

负责英文写作题目素材的收集，并准备好考卷和答题试卷。

3、策划部

负责写好策划书，并详细进行各部门人员安排。

4、秘书部

负责找考试教室，并通过飞信通知外院的各学委进行宣传工作与报

名以及奖状的印发。

5、纪检部、实践部

负责在吉祥阁、如意阁、挂榜食府进行为期两天的活动设点。

6、文娱部

负责整理报名选手的考场安排，并把名单贴在吉祥阁、如意阁和挂

榜食府的宣传栏上。

7、会长助理

各考场的监考工作（联系英语角部，根据考场人数发试卷及收试卷）
