【摘 要】梭梭是我国西部地区的一种强旱生植物，也是名贵药材肉苁蓉的寄主。

梭梭作为旱生植物资源、生态治理驯化种及中药来源，已受到越来越多的关注。从

种类、分布状况、复壮及引种技术、抗逆生物学特性及分子生物学研究等方面对梭

梭的研究进展进行了综述，旨在为梭梭的抗逆机理研究、荒漠治理及基因资源挖掘

等研究奠定基础。%Haloxylon are xerophyte with strong ability to combat

drought in western regions of China, and they are host of Herba Cistanche,

a rare medicinal herb. In recent years, as xerophyte source, domesticated

species for ecological control and source of traditional Chine medicine,

Haloxylon are receiving increasing attention. The species, distribution,

rejuvenation and the introduction technology, biological characteristics of

stress resistance and molecular biology investigation of Haloxylon were

reviewed, so as to provide foundation for the understanding of their stress

resistance mechanism, their application in dertification control and

development of their genetic resources.
