Nowadays weight-losing has e popular among young and
middle-aged women. In order to make themlves pretty-looking, they try many different ways of losing weight. Some go
on a diet, some take exerci,some eat medicine ,others even turn
to operation for help. As a result,a lot of products have e into
being,such as special medicines, tea and equipment. They are
ud in different ways and work differently, but some have side
effects.
In my opinion, it‘s understandable that women ek beauty,
but they should do it in a proper way. Taking exerci is the way
that I most favor. But the other methods are likely to do harm to
people‘s health more or less.

to the ways to fight against obesity, different people have
different views. some people think we could eat less so that we
will absorb less, while the rest of them argue that we could do
more exerci as well as eating healthily. personally, i agree with
the later one.

the reasons can be listed as follows. firstly, obesity es form
our unhealthy eating habit like eat too much high-energy food,
which leads to the accumulation of fat in our body. so, the first
step to lo weight is to keep a good habit of eating healthily,
and learn to control your mouth, keep yourlf away from the
high-energy food. condly, with most of us engaging in
stationary work, we are deprived of the chances to exerci, which
also contributes a lot of overweight. we could get up half an hour
early in the morning, and do some exerci, and also do some
simple sport during the break time in the workplace.

in a word, a good habit is necessary if we want to have a
good figure. i believe that after forming a good eating habit and
exercising regularly, we can reach our goal of losing weight with
our perverance. only when we keep on doing healthy diet and
exercising, can we keep a good figure and keep fit.

When it es to the standard of good figure, people have the
stereotype, i.e., the slimmer, the better. Just open a fashion
magazine, all the super-models are skinny. It ems that only a
thin person can look good in a fine dress. So, more and more
people, especially young girls, are joining the team of losing
weight. However, I think losing weight blindly can lead to negative
effects.
说到好身材的标准,人们都有一种刻板印象,那就是越瘦越好看。随便翻开一本杂志,所有的模特都很瘦。似乎只有瘦子才能驾驭一条好看的裙子。所以,越来越多的人,特别是年轻的女孩们,开始加入到减肥大军的行列中去。然而,我认为不恰当的减肥会造成很多负面效果。
On one hand, losing weight blindly can cau eating disorder,
low blood sugar and anxiety. Some girls are already in good
shape, but they pay too much attention to their outwards
appearance and spare no efforts to lo weight. In order to reach
this goal, the young girls leave out breakfast; eat a little rice and
some fruit at lunch, as to the supper, just few cabbage leaves and
veral bottles of water. They all forget that human’s body needs
enough energy so it can function well. However, the young girls
fail to realize this. They refu to take meats or any other so-
called gain-weight food. As a result, their bodies had suffered
contortion due to malnutrition. Accord to the rearch, the
person who los weight improper is more easily getting fracture
than others. What’s more, losing weight takes courage and
determination. Not every losing weight girl has a strong will. You
may hear her say that she wants to lo weight, and later you will
e her eating junk-food becau she is too hungry. Some of the
girls eat nothing in the morning while take lots of food in the
afternoon. Such behaviors can lead to eating-disorder. It’s really
unwi to do so.
一方面,盲目的减肥可能会引起饮食失调,低血糖和焦虑症。一些女孩的身材已经很好了,但是她们对自己的外观要求太高,以至于不惜余力减肥。为了达到这一目标,这些女孩不吃早餐,中餐就吃几口米饭和一些水果,至于晚餐就吃几片菜叶,喝下好几瓶水。她们完全忘记了人的身体需要足够的能量才能运转,可是她们并没有意识到这一点。她们拒绝吃肉,也不吃所谓的“会长胖”的食物。结果就是,她们的身材由于营养不良而变得扭曲。研究发现,那些减肥不合理的人骨折的概率要高于正常人。而且,减肥需要勇气和决心。不是每个减肥的女孩都有着坚定不移的信念的。也许你听说今天她要减肥,过了一会儿就会看见她在吃垃圾食品,因为实在是饿得不行。有些人甚至早上不吃东西,下午
则吃一大堆食品,这样会导致饮食失调。这实在不是明智之举。
On the other hand, doing physical exerci and eating a
healthy diet is a wi way to lo weight. Eat three meals a day.
Leave out the junk food, such as chocolates, bread which contain
trans-fat, soft drinks, and so on. Try to eat more fruit and
vegetables. Eating meat is not the main factor of gaining weight,
but eating more.
另一方面,进行体育运动和培养健康的饮食*惯是减肥的好方法。每天吃三餐,不吃垃圾食品。例如说巧克力、含有反式脂肪的面包,软饮料等等。试着吃更多的蔬菜和水果。而吃肉不是长胖的主要原因之一,吃太多的肉才是。
Do not follow the trend blindly. You don’t need to suffer from
your peers’ pressure just becau they tell you that the thinner,
the better. But one thing is true, healthy is the beauty.
不要盲目的跟风减肥,也不需要承受来自同龄人的压力,只因为他们告诉你说越瘦越美丽。只有一件事是真的,那就是健健康康才是美。
