《跨文化商务交际》课程考核方案
因本课程具备较强的操作性和实践性，建议采用实践形式来进行考核，具体操作如下：
考试性质：
随堂考，总分：100分 共两次课完成。第一次课为笔试，第二次为口试。
考核内容：
笔试部分为理论基础知识，口试以学生模拟商务工作人员发出邀请，见面寒暄、自我介绍，就座，互换名片，点餐，进餐，礼物馈赠，给小费，离席等为考核要点。重点考查涉外活动中礼仪和礼节的适度运用。
考试时长：5-10分钟/人或15分钟/组（每组2-4人），考试性质：随堂考，总分：100分。
期末成绩=笔试*50%+口试*50%
期末总成绩=平时成绩*50%+期末成绩*50%
