通知英语作文模板

英文通知的格式及范文

“通知”是小学英语作文中，比较常见的一种文体，属于应用

文。通知既可为书面形式，也可为口头形式，可包括生活、工作各

个方面。如：一般会议通知、各种活动通知、结婚通知、乔迁通

知、地址变更通知等。书面通知形式多样，它可写在黑板上或张贴

在广告栏中。

announcement是指公开或官方的口头通知，它告诉人们有关某

事的信息，登载在报纸或杂志上的通知也用announcement一词。

起草通知时，要注意发生了什么或要发生什么；也要注意何时

何地发生了什么或要发生什么。同时要包括通知对象。所使用的语

言要准确，简洁明了，防止歧义。
