Katty wong
This year, due to the impact of coronavirus outbreak, many people
have to stay at home and can not go outside to work to earn a living.
Coronavirus has hindered the economy development which caus many
people lo their jobs. To revive the economy, the government is making
great efforts to solve the problem of unemployment. One of them is to
introduce policies on tting up street stalls.
Many people choo to respond to the call. So they decided to run
their own stall to make a living and support themlves. They ll a
variety of commodities including snacks, clothes and cond-hand
goods and so on.
The commodities can provide options for tho busy people who
do not have time to cook after work. Additionally, the street vendors
can greatly boost people' s consumption and stimulate domestic
demand. Setting up street stall will also create many employment
opportunities and help unemployed people generate income.
What' s more, the street-stall economy can enrich people' s life.
Overall, the return of the street tall will bring a lot of benefits to
economy recovery.
第二篇:One of the responsibilities of a manager is to motivate their
employees to increa their performance. However, I strongly disagree
that basing their salaries on their ratesof production and sales would be
the most effective method.
第三篇:The performance in many cas cannot simply be quantified in
terms of sales or production. Ateacher's job, for example, is to teach
class, asss homework, and provide students with feedback, none of
which involves producing or lling any goods. In this ca, it is the
performance of her students and their levelsofsatisfaction with aspects
of her performance such as rapport or punctuality that decide how
successful he has been.
第四篇:Furthermore, the performance of many workers is greatly
affected by external factors beyond their control. The state of the
economy, unexpected political developments, and extreme weather
conditions can all have significant impacts on how much a worker can
ll or produce. A hurricane, for example, can easily devastate a farm and
all its produce without its workers being responsible for any of the
damages or the ensuing drop in production rates. Basing wages on sales
or production rates would actually demotivate workers in such cas.
