⼗三届全国⼈⼤五次会议于2022年3⽉7⽇下午3时在⼈民⼤会堂新闻发布厅举⾏记者会，邀请国务委员兼外交部长王毅

就“中国外交政策和对外关系”相关问题回答中外记者提问。

ssion of the 13th National People's Congress in Beijing, where he's answering questions related to foreign policy

matters from foreign and Chine journalists.

谈北京冬奥会

王毅：在中国和国际社会的共同努⼒下，北京冬奥会取得圆满成功，为世界贡献了⼀届简约、安全、精彩的奥运盛会，

让世界看到了⼀个更加⾃信、⾃强、开放、包容的中国。近70个国家和国际组织的约170位官⽅代表出席开幕式，以实

际⾏动体现了对中国的⽀持。在此，我要向所有参与和⽀持北京冬奥会的各国朋友们表⽰衷⼼感谢。

北京冬奥会的成功，不仅是中国的成功，也是世界的成功；不仅是体育的胜利，更是团结的胜利。此次冬奥会，恰逢奥

密克戎毒株肆虐、地区热点问题升温，同时还受到少数国家的政治⼲扰和破坏。但让我们感到⿎舞的是，⼤多数国家和

⼈民都选择团结在奥林匹克精神之下，为深受疫情困扰的⼈们注⼊了希望，为动荡不安的世界带来了信⼼。

现在，各国运动员正在冬残奥会赛场上努⼒拼搏。我相信，冬奥期间汇聚起的团结与合作之光必将穿透阴霾和风⾬，照

亮⼈类携⼿前⾏的未来之路。

Wang Yi: With the joint efforts of China and the international community, the Beijing Olympic Winter Games has

achieved a full success. We have prented to the world a streamlined, safe and splendid Games, and a more

confident, lf-reliant, open and inclusive China.

Around 170 official reprentatives from clo to 70 countries and international organizations were at the Opening

Ceremony, supporting China with concrete actions.

Here, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to friends from all countries that have participated in and

supported Beijing 2022.

Beijing 2022 is not only a success for China, but also a success for the world. It reprents not just the triumph of

sport but, more importantly, the triumph of solidarity.

The Games was held amid the spread of Omicron and rising tensions over regional hot-spots. It also faced politically-

motivated attempts of disruption and sabotage by a handful of countries.

Under such circumstances, it was inspiring to e that the overwhelming majority of countries and people cho to

unite under the Olympic spirit, bringing hope to people bet by the pandemic and confidence to a world

overshadowed by instability.

As we speak, athletes from around the world are giving their best performance on the winter Paralympic field of play.

I am confident that the light of unity and cooperation created by the Olympic and Paralympic Games will shine through

mist and rain, and illuminate the path for humanity to jointly forge ahead into the future.

谈俄乌局势

王毅：中⽅认为，要化解当前的危机，必须坚持《联合国宪章》的宗旨和原则，尊重和保障各国的主权和领⼟完整；必

须坚持安全不可分割的原则，照顾当事⽅的合理安全关切；必须坚持通过对话谈判，以和平⽅式解决争端；必须着眼地

区长治久安，构建均衡、有效、可持续的欧洲安全机制。

Wang called for calmness and rationality in resolving the Ukraine crisis, stressing that disputes must be ttled through

dialogue, negotiation and peaceful means.

China will play a constructive role in promoting peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, he added.

"China is prepared to continue playing a constructive role to facilitate dialogue for peace and work alongside the

international community when needed to carry out necessary mediation," the foreign minister said.

The Red Cross Society of China will provide emergency humanitarian assistance in the form of supplies for Ukraine as

soon as possible, Wang told reporters.

谈中俄关系

王毅：我愿强调指出，中俄关系具有独⽴⾃主价值，建⽴在不结盟、不对抗、不针对第三⽅基础之上，更不受第三⽅的

⼲扰和挑拨，这既是对历史经验的总结，也是对国际关系的创新。

The China-Russia relationship is bad on non-alliance, non-confrontation and non-targeting of any third party, Wang

said.

It is free from interference or discord sown by third parties, he added.

China and Russia will maintain strategic focus and keep deepening the China-Russia comprehensive strategic

partnership of coordination for a new era, Wang stresd.

谈台湾问题

王毅：台湾问题与乌克兰问题有着本质区别，没有任何可⽐性。最根本的不同在于，台湾是中国领⼟不可分割的⼀部

分，台湾问题完全是中国的内政; 乌克兰问题则是俄乌两个国家之间的争端。台湾的前途希望在于两岸关系和平发展，

在于实现国家的统⼀，⽽不是依靠什么外部的“空头⽀票”。“挟洋谋独”没有出路，“以台制华”注定失败，台湾终会回到祖

国的怀抱。

The Taiwan question differs in nature from the Ukraine issue as Taiwan has always been a part of China, Wang said.

"Some people, while being vocal about the principle of sovereignty on the Ukraine issue, have kept undermining

China's sovereignty and territorial integrity on the Taiwan question," he added.

"This is a blatant double standard."

谈中美关系

王毅：我们注意到美⽅领导⼈和⼀些⾼官相继表⽰，美⽅不寻求新冷战，不寻求改变中国体制，不寻求强化同盟关系反

对中国，不⽀持“台独”，⽆意同中国发⽣冲突对抗。但令⼈遗憾的是，这“四不⼀⽆意”的表态，始终飘浮在空中迟迟没有

落地。摆在我们⾯前的事实是，美⽅仍然不遗余⼒地对中国开展零和博弈式的激烈竞争，不断在涉及中⽅核⼼利益的问

题上攻击挑事，接连在国际上拼凑打压中国的⼩圈⼦，不仅损害两国关系⼤局，也冲击和损害国际和平稳定，这不是⼀

个负责任⼤国应有的样⼦，也不是⼀个讲信⽤国家所做的事情。

During the press conference, Wang called for China-U.S. relations to be brought back on right track.

Major-country competition is not the right choice and the U.S. needs to put its verbal assurances into practice, he said.

"In a globalized and interdependent world, how China and the U.S. can find the right way forward and manage to get

along is both a new question for humanity and a formulation that must be worked out by China and the U.S. together,"

the foreign minister added.

谈中⽇关系

王毅：当前中⽇关系依然⾯临⼀些分歧和挑战，特别是⽇本国内总有⼀些⼈不愿看到中国快速发展，不希望看到中⽇关

系稳定。在此，我愿向⽇⽅提出三点忠告：
