律师事务所自2013年9月以来有200多名收费执业者加入事务所的

各地分所，使中银成为中国第三大律师事务(1,458名收费执业者)。

国浩律师事务所在过去12个月中新加入10名收费执业者，巩固了排

名第四的位置，特别是，该所上海分所管理合伙人管建军表示，国浩

律师事务所的并购、资本市场、对外投资和诉讼业务在去年强劲增长。

人)成为在中国的前三大国际律师事务所。这三家律师事务所的排名较

之去年都有所上升，而高伟绅律师事务所(CliffordChance)下降了三

个名次，从第一降为第四。美迈斯律师事务所(O'Melveny&Myers)

下降了六个名次，从第七降为第十三，较之2013年，该事务所总计减

少了19名收费执业者。

在过去一年，各律师事务所在中国的企业业务、金融业务和其他核

心业务的发展规模都经历了起伏，但是反垄断领域却出现了令人瞩目

的增长。虽然自中国2008年推出《反垄断法》以来，招聘竞争事务律

师的活动就一直处于上升趋势，但是据猎头公司说，去年这一领域的

招聘出现了急剧上升。米高蒲志(MichaelPage)法律部负责人Janet

Chan告诉路透社记者，她注意到，在过去的12到18个月中，对反

垄断律师的需求增长了20%。例如，金杜律师事务所竞争业务的一名

合伙人表示，该所目前有三名合伙人和十几名律师专门从事竞争法工

作，并正在进一步扩大其中国的竞争事务团队。

的近律师事务所(Deacons)再次成为香港最大的律师事务所，拥有

253名收费执业者，包括51名合伙人。该律师事务所也是唯一进入亚

洲前50名排行榜的香港律师事务所。另一家引人注目的上榜者是名列

第七的何韦鲍律师事务所(HowseWilliamsBowers),该所自2012年

成立以来一直发展迅速，目前拥有41名收费执业者，其中包括15名

合伙人。宝德杨律师行(BoughtonPetersonYangAnderson)(44人)、

史蒂文生黄律师事务所(Stevenson,Wong&Co)(33人)、高李严律

师事务所(Oldham,Li&ie)(31人)和Smyth&Co律师事务所(28

人)都是本年度的新上榜者，这部分原因是，总部位于香港的律师事务

所排行榜范围扩大，新增加了15家律师事务所。

随着新的律师事务所进入市场，以及竞争激烈律师事务之间的持

续横向招聘，香港国际排行榜出现了很多变化。孖士打律师行(Mayer

BrownJSM)(174)从2013年的第三名一跃登上了榜首，而年利达律

师事务所(Linklaters)(157人)则上升了两个名次，排名第四。作为

‘‘魔术圆圈‛成员之一的安理国际律师事务所(Allen&Overy)(113

人)上升了五个名次，排名第七，而亚司特律师事务所(Ashurst)(52人)

则跳跃了六个名次，排名第十九。达维律师事务所(DavisPolk&

Wardwell)(66人)下降了四个名次，排名第十五，创下排行榜上最大的

跌幅。在香港分所拥有170名收费执业者的贝克“麦坚时律师事务所

成为排行榜上唯一一家与去年保持相同名次(第二名)的律师事务所。

李李律师事务所(LeeandLi)以427名收费执业者、300名律师的

优势，超过台湾第二大律师事务所__万国法律事务所(Formosa

Transnational),占据台湾排行榜第一名。李李律师事务所还是唯一进

入亚洲前50名排行榜的台湾律师事务所。常在国际法律事务所(Tsar&

Tsai)(74人)本年度上升了两个名次，较之去年，新增加了18名收费

执业者。同时，贝克“麦坚时律师事务所(64人)在排行榜中下降了两

个名次，排名第五。
